I'm Tzachi Chen Hayun, an Executive Director affiliated with Experior Financial Group Inc., licensed in Ontario and British Columbia, and the architect of the LLA system - the Attract-Train-Build-Lead engine that takes agents from their first conversation to leading teams of their own.
Before this industry, I built my career in sales, and I was good at it. Then the company let me go, and I watched years of hard work disappear with one decision I didn't make.
The deeper lesson had come years earlier. In 2000, my father passed away from cancer at just 52. Eight months before, a financial professional had helped him put the right life insurance in place. Because of that one decision, my mother rebuilt her life and retired stress-free.
When I immigrated to Canada in 2005, I saw how little real education families get about how money actually works here. In 2010, those threads came together and I made two commitments: build a career no one could take away from me, and make sure the families I work with never have to learn what money means the hard way.
For my first years I did what most agents do: I built everything on my own production. It worked, until I hit the ceiling. One person can only sit across from so many families, and every family I helped was one nobody else was trained to help.
The turning point was realizing that production doesn't scale; systems do. So I turned the way I work with clients into a repeatable framework, the 4F: Cash Flow, Protection, Wealth, and Tax Minimization, working together as the Circle of Wealth. Then I built the LLA system around it, a step-by-step Attract, Train, Build, Lead engine that takes an agent from their first conversation to leading a team of their own.
Today that system supports over 1,200 agents across Canada and the U.S., and my job has changed from helping families one at a time to building the people who help families.
His philosophy is simple: most people fail in this industry not because they lack talent, but because they try to build alone. The system exists so nobody has to.
The 4F is not a product I offer - it is the standard I practice by. See it in full on The 4F Philosophy page

A duplicable process beats a brilliant individual every time.
I guide families through a framework, not toward a product.
Attract, train, build, lead - in order, not all at once.
The organization grows when the people in it grow.
