Tzachi Chen is a licensed Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance Agent in Ontario, affiliated with Experior Financial Group Inc. Insurance activities are regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). The professional title "Financial Strategist" describes an education-first approach to financial strategies; it is not an FSRA-issued credential or designation.
Tzachi Chen holds the Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation, awarded by the Institute of Certified Executor Advisors. He is currently pursuing the CFP and CLU designations; they have not yet been obtained.
There is no fee for the initial 4F conversation. If a client chooses to purchase an insurance or investment product through Tzachi Chen, he may receive commissions or other compensation from the product provider. Compensation, provider relationships and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed in writing before any decision.
Financial products and services are offered only where appropriately licensed and authorized. Availability varies by product, provider and jurisdiction. This website discusses concepts relevant to Canada and the United States; nothing here is an offer or solicitation where not licensed.
Insurance products are subject to underwriting approval by the carrier. Coverage, ratings and premiums are determined by the insurer, not by Tzachi Chen or Experior Financial Group.
